This is the first part of a little follow-up I did to the wonderful 
's dark pic Penance 
Check it out or else this pic probably won't make a 'lick' of sense.
I'd hoped to have part two up by the end of the week, but the weather is wreaking havoc with my day job, so now I'm aiming for next week.
I will reveal this much...
Yes, it will include chibi goodness, Yes, a very, VERY sore bottom will be involved, and No, Austria will NOT be a happy camper, particularly now that Prussia has an entire army of feathered allies at his beck and call.
